Will I receive the presentations after the summit?
If you have any more questions please contact [email protected] Yes, you will receive some of the presentations after the event. We can only share those with approval from speakers, therefore not all presentations will be available to download.
Can I attend the event virtually?
No, the EMS Summit is fully in-person and we offer no virtual or hybrid element.
Will the sessions be recorded?
No, the sessions are not recorded but you will be able to view some of the presentations after the summit.
Will there be a list of attendees available after the summit?
No, we cannot share the personal details of any of our attendees.
There will be many dedicated networking opportunities at the summit alongside an event app to facilitate making connections with fellow attendees.
Will there be food and drink available at the summit?
Yes, breakfast, lunch and snacks will be served in our networking breaks alongside tea, coffee and other refreshments throughout the day. An evening drinks reception with alcoholic beverages and canapes will be served on day one.

Photos and videography
Yes, we have a photographer and videographer on-site. Photos and videos taken at the summit will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
No recording of any session is permitted, and only verified members of the press are permitted to conduct interviews with sponsors and visitors.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the summit can be accessed easily as it is all on ground floor.

Will there be a cloakroom?
There will be an unattended area with coat racks where you can leave your items.
Neither Mark Allen Exhibitions nor the hotel management take responsibility for any lost or damaged items left unattended on the premises.
Can I change my booking if I can no longer attend?
You may transfer the name of your booking to a colleague if you can no longer attend the summit.
